"Love Is The Strongest Emotion" by Salaam Muhammad al-Fayiz

If the walls could talk, they'd tell a story of struggle, frustration, setbacks, and love conquering. Why does love conquer? Love is the strongest emotion, and when placed against any other force it wins. This means regardless of the amount of the opposing force that is applied against love, love will always win.

It is an often misunderstood emotion indeed, love is. Have you ever heard the saying that "love is life and life is free"? If love is life and life is free, this means that love is also free because it is life. This also means our state of existence is love. Our existence is also because of love.

A man and a woman conceive a child because of their love of each other or their mutual love of love making. Well, let's look at that word: love-making. Literally the art of making Love is called love-making. Who is love? Love is the child. Wouldn't that mean once we were all Love, and if we were Love that means we still are Love?

Love is everlasting, it never dies. Love is seen as an emotion, and it also exists as an energy. That is why it never passes away, it just passes on or it is just passed on.

What about when a relationship ends, have you ever heard someone say "there's no love lost"? That is because you can't loose love because it is everlasting, it exists in all things and it is life. As long as we have life we have love. The opposite of that statement also rings true.

What is the opposite of love? If we say hate, we can prove that hate is an illusion because it is only the shadow of love. Have you heard the classic song lyrics "standing in the shadow of love" sing out of a radio before? Objects make shadows when light is directed toward them. The singer is saying that love is an object and or it is light itself. Love is energy, an emotion, light, life and an everlasting object. It is also all of us. Which one of these are we?
